ABOUT THE EXHIBITIONS
The 12th International Specialized Exhibition “MECHANICAL ENGINEERING. METALWORKING. KAZAN” and Specialized Exhibition “TECHNOWELDING” are traditional exhibitions held in the Kazanskaya Yarmarka exhibition center annually. The aims of the exhibitions are extension of cooperation between participants of machine-building market, development of regional and international relations that promote dynamic development of enterprises. Participation in the exhibition is an effective way to distribute scientific and technical information, it gives a unique opportunity to estimate your own position in the market, discuss with experts ways of further development, and it helps to enlarge a circle of clients and partners. “MECHANICAL ENGINEERING. METALWORKING. KAZAN” is marked with the label of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF). It proves the high professional level of organization. Questionnaire results 2011 shows that more than 92% of the participants reached the set goals at the exhibition.
PARTICIPANTS AND VISITORS
- In 2011 more than 130 companies from 26 regions of Russia, near and far abroad countries took part in the exhibition.
- VI International Scientific-Practical Conference “Automobile and Technosphere” (ICATS`2011);
- International Subcontracts exchange on which customers from Belarus, the Russian Federation, Czech Republic represented orders in the field of machining operation and foundry with total cost of more than 1 billion ruble;
- The All-Russian seminar “Country roads. Experience, problems, search of solutions”, etc.
The exhibitors took part in “the Best Exhibition Product” contest in 4 nominations. In the category of “the Best Debut in Mechanical Engineering”, the awards were given to young engineers and specialists for their inventions, rationalization proposals and current technological processes modernization in manufacturing.
The main visitors to the exhibitions are the chiefs of industrial enterprises of small and medium business of the Volga region, expanding and renovating the park bench, directors and chief engineers of large enterprises engaged in modernization of production facilities, the official delegations of the Subjects of the Russian Federation and the first entities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
International congresses within the limits of the exhibitions gives possibility to involve international experts in different fields of mechanical engineering to active work in exhibitions.
